1. IndianIbex portals: IndianIbex owns the following portals. Some of these portals are already live, and some are under development.
2. Purpose of Ibextrail: Encouraging an exchange of travel related information is the only purpose of Ibextrail. Ibextrail enables travellers to share their experiences in the form of travel itineraries, associated text articles and associated pictures.

3. Purpose of Sportsnomad: Providing travel and logistical support to sportsmen. Initially this portal will work as a collection point for the travel requests from sportsmen and payment interface. Gradually more and more functionalities will be added.
4. Use of information published on IndianIbex portals: You may cite or refer to the information on this site and make copies of the information for your own non-commercial use.
5. Ownership of data:
   • All the data created on IndianIbex portals will be owned by IndianIbex.
   • IndianIbex reserves the right to sell, publish, use and share their data at their discretion.
6. Reserved rights: IndianIbex reserves the rights to Block any user account and the related information in case of
   • Intention of damage
   • Impacting integrity of information (data) on IndianIbex portals.
   • Inappropriate content
7. Liability: IndianIbex explicitly disowns the responsibility for any liability/losses which may arise by using/referring to the data published on IndianIbex portals. The extent of this liability includes, but is not limited to the following:
   • Delays of any kind
   • Increased fares due to delays
   • Incorrect data
   • Violation of copyright by the authors of the data
   • Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers (despite having confirmed tickets) or cancellation, change of route, delay of flights.
   • Overbooking of seats / rooms by the airline / hotel.
   • Loss of / delay of baggage by airline / coach / cruise / train. 
   • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused; 
   • Rudeness or unprofessional behaviour of staff of airline / hotel etc., quality / quantity of meals, facilities given etc. 
   • Any kind of service denial or deficiency by any contractor / supplier 
   • We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to you due to reasons beyond the control of the IndianIbex (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure) 
   • IndianIbex is not liable to maintain the security of the data published on IndianIbex portals. 
   • The data published in IndianIbex is liable to get out of date and its correctness is not the responsibility of IndianIbex. Consumers of this data may use this data at their own risk. 
   • All the information published on IndianIbex portals is automatically considered fit to be consumed by the public. The data published by the user or the views expressed by the users are their own views. IndianIbex assumes no responsibility of the content uploaded or created by the users. 
   • IndianIbex assumes no liability which may arise from the ownership of data that authors may have on the data that they share.
8. Jurisdiction: Pune, India. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall first seek settlement of that dispute by mediation in accordance with the applicable rules. The Arbitrator/Mediator shall be appointed by the IndianIbex. As to the interpretation of the aforesaid terms and conditions, the decision of IndianIbex shall be final and binding upon you.
9. User’s undertaking: By agreeing and consenting to the terms and conditions referred to herein above the user undertakes as follows: -
   • While uploading the data, I have not uploaded any pornographic or objectionable content.
   • I own the photographs that I have uploaded.
   • I have not violated copyright in my content.
   • The content created or uploaded by me, represents my personal views and has no implication on IndianIbex.

12. Applicability of the terms and conditions: The terms and conditions described above apply to all IndianIbex portals listed in point #1 of this document.
